Can I get a billing notification for upcoming charges before I'm billed?

Hello,

 

Is it possible to receive a notification for the upcoming annual billing from dropbox? I want to be able to evaluate the continuation of my purchase before the money just goes away.

    You should already receive an email about one month prior to your renewal.

    Hi Rich,

     

    I rechecked my email and did not receive anything like that. Do I have to activate some sort of notification button to get that kind of meail?

    No. You should receive it regardless of your notification settings. Check your spam/junk folder, and make sure the email address on your account is up to date.

    I've confirmed that I have the correct email, and went through the spam/junk folder. Still couldn't find any.

    Hey there erwinsusetyo; thanks for using Dropbox!

    As Rich mentioned, you should have received an email notifying you about your upcoming subscription's renewal one month before the actual renewal takes place, give or take.

    Almost 2 years later and this is still a thing for me. First indication that my annual subscription was due was notification from PayPal that a payment had been made.  Marketing emails from Dropbox received ok, but nothing saying my subscription was due.

     

    Not saying that I wasn't going to renew, but a heads up that something was going to happen would be nice.

    Hey eaadams, thanks for the nudge here.

     

    With annual subscriptions, you do get an email about your upcoming renewal almost a month before it's due.

     

    Can you double-check your emails, to see if you missed it perhaps? Or maybe it went to your junk/spam?
