Hi all,
I can't see a cancel subscription button as the website suggests. I really need to cancel and get refunded as this was an accidental subscription - I already have one on my work email.
Any help will be appreciated.

Did you subscribe on the Dropbox website, or did you do it through the app on a mobile device? If you subscribed on a mobile device, you need to cancel through the Subscriptions section on your device. If you subscribed through the website, make sure you're signed in to the correct account, then try this link:
And keep in mind that refunds are not generally available.
It's Impossible to unsubscribe!!!! I try all the way and they haven't a call center
Could somebody help me????
If you are not seeing the downgrade option on this account it means you've accidentally got a second one and THATS the one you need to log in on. Check your emails to see what account it was upgraded on.

That it's my only account and I have a basic subscription. There isn't the link to downgrade or unsubscribe. I check and it doesn't exist!
I need help to unscribe....

I started my Dropbox subscription on a computer that has an operating system no longer supported by Dropbox. So now, how do I cancel that subscription -- and stop paying for it?

Why is Droppbox not suppling a direct support. Asking for an uppgrade I ended up with two accounts and it is impossible to unsubscribe from Droppbox. The instructions for unsubscribing a prenumeration are useless as there are no point where to unsubscribe even if they say so. This is not a serious company from my point of view.
