Hi,

I upgraded from Personal to a Business free trial, and cancelled prior to the end of the trial. I never added any other team members, and my account now says Personal in the Plans tab, but functionality and the Admin Console are stuck with Business/team settings.

I read this article and it looks like there’s no way for me to fix this myself:

Can someone please assist, ideally via email? Thank you.

If you're seeing the admin console, and you're on a personal plan, it could be a free team or locked state

Could you try these steps to delete the free team, since you should be the admin as you created the trial?

Keep me updated with any progress!

I just want to convert my business account down to personal. How do I do this?

Happy Monday @Rangeley50

As a first step, you'd need to cancel your Business plan. 

Once you do, you'll downgrade to the Basic plan, and if you wish you can choose to upgrade to any paid plan.
