Error Upgrading to Family Plan
My wife and I each had individual plans that expired yesterday and the family plan makes more sense for our use. I've tried to sign up for the family plan but each time, when I put in my log in to sign up, I receive a "Error 404" page that doesn't allow me to go through the upgrade checkout process. No way I'm paying $300 for two plans when I can pay $200 for more space than we need.
- I was able to sign up yesterday. I received an email from Dropbox yesterday that my files would no longer sync and to select a plan and the family plan was finally an option.

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies etc. to see if that helps?

Yes, I tried that along with trying on three different browsers and a Chrome incognito window too.
