Hi guys

I’m having an issue upgrading my Dropbox by restoring purchase. I have a valid subscription to Dropbox plus but it doesn’t seem to be working and I get an error message every time

I checked and I am subscribed. I even tried to upgrade to plus again , but the app mentioned that I am already subscribed (screenshots available if needed)

Hey @djoday, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you please see if there's a pending update for your device's OS and the Dropbox app's version?

 

Also, have you tried logging out and back into your Dropbox account?

 

If you did and this persists, please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting when trying to restore your purchase and we'll take it from there.

Sure thing!

 

yes I updated the IOS and APP, then logged out. Logged in again, but had the same issues.
