Hey @djoday, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please see if there's a pending update for your device's OS and the Dropbox app's version?
Also, have you tried logging out and back into your Dropbox account?
If you did and this persists, please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting when trying to restore your purchase and we'll take it from there.

yes I updated the IOS and APP, then logged out. Logged in again, but had the same issues.
