I am not able to view my reciepts under 'Billing' on my account. I had an upgraded subscription that was renewed and billed and then changed to a basic account. I need both these reciepts for the withdrawals bit when I enter 'Billing' it says 'something went wrong'.

Dear Community,
I had an upgrate for Dropbox in 2022 and paid monthly.
Now I am back at the basic level.
I can no longer see my invoices from the time of the upgrate (all months in 2022), but I need them urgently.
Does anyone have any advice?

I was already there before.
But: unfortunately no. It says: "No payment or settlement activities".
Hi @Xzzy, if there aren't any payments all, then it means that this account wasn't upgrade. Are the payments you're referring to for a personal Dropbox account, or for a Dropbox Business plan?
