I'm out of storage, even though I had paid for a subscription in December

1 have a dropbox plus account, which I have purchased in December 2023, but my account shows I'm out of storage. I paid for the service/storage and now it shows nothing

Can you send me a screenshot of the last upgrade/renewal email you got from Dropbox? Please make sure to mask any personal info that may be showing.

There should be a small camera icon above your message box, right before you post your reply on the forum. You should be able to attach your screenshot here by clicking on it.
