I was issued a refund, but my credit card was blocked
Hi everyone! Recently I experienced some trouble with a failed transaction. So my dropbox account got charged with a professional plan. This was my official university research account, which contains a lot of sensitive information. So i got in touch with the dropbox rep and explained her my situation and she was real helpful. She got me a refund for the amount and I am now going to delete this account (we're not allowed to use any other cloud services other than the official one. Military data and all!).
So long story short I got my refund. But, at that time my CC was blocked. So the refund couldn't come through. When I contacted my bank, they asked me to get dropbox re-initiate the same transaction. But I am not getting any response from dropbox. And now I am downgraded to a free user so I cannot chat with the customer service rep as well.
So I am $210 down and no-one from dropbox is answering my emails. Please Help!!

I'm sorry to hear about this situation. The issue here is that we can't really repeat the process on our end.
If you're downgraded, there's no way for us to re-issue a refund.
Would you mind discussing this with your bank again?

I already did. Here's the reply I got from them.
I also tried emailing dropbox support multiple times about this. No response!
