I paid for Plus, but it says I only have 5GB of space. Why is my subscription not working?

Do you see your recent transaction for you upgrade on this page?

Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Have the same problem, paid for Plus via a bank in the Netherlands but still not working.

Thanks for your message, I used www.dropbox.com and paid via iDeal with a Dutch bank.
