How do I get a refund for my deceased husband’s Dropbox account?  He died in April and I was billed in May.

In this case, I’d like to log a ticket for you and email you directly to the email address that’s linked to your Community profile here.

I’m sorry to hear about your loss, @Barbara53

 

The charges that you received, do they seem to be associated with Google Play/iTunes or do they seem to be coming directly from Dropbox?
