I’m trying to upgrade my Dropbox to Dropbox Plus thru the mobile app on my iPhone. It says I’m at 98.3% of the 2 GB I am allowed, so I want to upgrade for the extra storage.

When I click the Upgrade button, it tells me I am already in a free trial and that I will be billed monthly starting Feb 28. But, I still only am showing 2 GB of storage. It’s not acting like I have Dropbox Plus. What do I do? I don’t care about using every last day of the free trial - I want to go ahead and be upgraded.

Hi @Tcovil, I hope you're having a good day!

Can you try out the steps listed here to restore purchases and see if that does the trick?

It sounds like it's not registering that you have the trial subscription on your account.

Also, once the trial ends it will convert to the paid subscription automatically if it's not cancelled.
