How can I cancel a pending invite to free up a license from the Admin Console?

From the admin dashboard, I can see that I have 1 pending invite, but I can't tell who the invite was sent to. I'd like to pull it back and send it to someone else, since not everyone in our org needs Corporate Dropbox access. Is there a way to cancel the invite and/or see to whom it was sent?

Hey there @HoustonWolf  - how are you today?

To cancel a pending invitation to your Dropbox Business team, please follow these steps:

  • Login to your admin account at www.dropbox.com
  • Click on ‘Admin Console’ on the bottom left
  • Choose ‘Members’ on the left, or go to www.dropbox.com/team/admin/members
  • Sort by ‘Invited’ at the top right of the page
  • Locate the pending invitation for the user that you wish to remove from your team
  • Click the gear to the right of the user’s name
  • Select 'Suspend or delete user' according to your needs. 

Once the pending invitation has been removed, it will release the license that it held, and you will be able to invite another with that license.

To cancel a pending invitation to your Dropbox Business team, please follow these steps:

  • Login to your admin account at www.dropbox.com
