Lost pictures after closing my account
I had a paid account for years. I was told that even if my account was closed my pictures would be there when I reopened it. No time limit was given. My wife passed away and I became homeless. Everything went downhill. I am now picking up the pieces and getting on my feet. Tonight I reactivated my paid account and found all of my precious photo's gone. My originals were lost while I was homeless. I have no pictures left of my wife. Is there any way to restore them? The only reason I reactivated my account was to get those pictures.

Hey BigGeorgeCat, sorry to see you're having trouble accessing your pictures.
Can you please clarify if your account was actually deleted and re-created?
Or had you just downgraded it and now re-upgraded?
When was the last time you logged in?
Keep me posted.

I do not know what happened to my pictures. I haven't had a computer for about 4 years because mine died and while I was depressed and/or homeless and I was only recently able to renew my access. I had to upgrade because my old subscription was only 2gig.

Unfortunately if you do not log in for 12 months all data is removed due to inactivity 😞

There is no way to recover these accounts/data once this occurs.
