I have lost access to my personal dropbox account. Needless to say there are pictures and documents that are irreplaceable. When trying to log in it seems dropbox does not even recognize the email address. When asking for a password reset nothing no reset email is delivered. I have check spam. Perhaps it is a coincidence but my wife purchased a profession account for her small business about the same time.

Please disregard this post. I have got the issue resolved. A family member switched the email account.
