I can’t sing in

I can’t sing in

I have a huge problem, the Dropbox don’t let me sing in, in my new account I use the right password and email, but don’t recognize anything, and I don’t have access to the email, also I was connected and one minute after all of that no access

Can you clarify for me if you're getting any specific error messages when trying to sign in? Please send a screenshot, if so.

Which platform are you trying to sign into too? Eg. the website, desktop app or mobile app?
