I can’t login to my other account because I deleted my e-mail account connected to that dropbox account. What should I do?

If you still remember the password and it hasn't expired, you can still sign in. If you no longer remember the password, or it has expired, you'll need access to the email address in order to receive the reset information. Without it, you won't be able to access the account.
