Hi. I have tried several times, but haven't recieved the reset password email (no-reply@ is added to contacts).

Please help. Thanks

If you're not getting the email, and you've checked your spam folder, would it be okay to contact you at you email on your profile?

Yes, of course - you can use either mail from profile or its .com version.
