Purchased New Lenovo Laptop. Installed dropbox, but unable to get the promotional offer on new Lenovo Laptop. Need Help

Hi Walter,

 

Thanks for the reply

I had a Dropbox account earlier with the usual 2GB plan. I bought a Lenovo Laptop and installed dropbox and logged in with the earlier credentials. I did not create a new account

Is this the issue ?

The issue is if YOU installed Dropbox - thats not how you get space. You need to use the already installed version of Dropbox on the device.

Hi Mark,

 

While I was setting up the new laptop, it did prompt me to install dropbox and had a message that I was eligible for 30GB space

Will I not get that space ?

Did you complete the sign up on that box? You only get it if you do it on the boxes presented and complete www.dropbox.com/gs
