Hi 

 

I am trying to upload video folders from Cricket Coach Plus HD to my dropbox account so I can clear up memory on the device. 

 

I have done this successfully on 20+ videos on my i phone, but I have this persistent message on the 9 videos I need to upload on my ipad. 

 

I pay £9.99 per month for 2TB of dropbox storage - the video I am trying to upload is 6.49GB, and the other 8 will be similar sizes.

 

Can you please help?

Can you please describe the steps you're following to upload these videos?

 

A screenshot of the error would also be really helpful if you can send us one.
