Hi there! 

 

I am trying to verify my dropbox account. My account is registered with a Google Group account. When I request a link to verify my email, it doesn't come to the Google Group or any associated email accounts. Can you help?

Hi @SLee2, thanks for providing these details!

Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and try requesting the verification again?

Also, try checking the junk/spam folder when done.

I am also having same issue mentioned and have tried your method suggested with no luck. Any further suggestions?

Have read numerous posts around how to deal with the issue of Dropbox not sending through the verification e-mail but have had no luck resolving this. The e-mail no-reply@dropbox.com has been added to my contact list and have checked junk and all other possible folders but nothing received. What is next steps to verifying the account?

Hi @NicholasA, are you using a public email provider, or a custom domain?

Is it possible that the email is being prevented from reaching the inbox itself if it is the latter?
