Hi can anyone help I have the web version of Dropbox but the desktop app will not open, I would say it doesn't synch too but it doesn't even open, turned off firevault, checked all the obvious routes

Could you please try the offline installer directly from this page and let us know how it goes?
If you get an error along the way, please send us a screenshot as well.
