Dropbox is 10% full, but it's saying I can't join a shared folder.

My Dropbox won't let me join a shared folder even though i have space. I am currently using 216.7 MB of 2 GB(2000MB).

Can someone at Dropbox please let me know why it thinks 10% is full? And also how to correct this issue so I can access the shared folder?

How large is the shared folder? If it's larger than your available space, you won't be able to add it to your Dropbox. Also, if Dropbox is actually telling you that it's full, check your Backups page for any backups that you may have in your account.

How is what possible? You need to provide some details about the problem you're having.
