Over my storage limit

Over my storage limit

My account is over the limit for free space. I just got a new Mac and must have clicked the wrong option because it started to download lots of pictures. I am unable to delete those photos because they only appear on the pulldown for recent files using the icon in the Mac menu bar and not in my regular files. If I click on one of the picture files, it tells me that it is unavailable. How do I get rid of these files that are clogging everything up? They were added two days ago.

Check your Backups page.

Sadly, there is nothing there to delete either.

Hi @Cariad, I'd be more than happy to help!

What is the app's syncing status as we speak? Also, can you send me a few screenshots of the pull-down menu, and the error you get when you try to preview the files, in order for me to have a visual?

Thanks a bunch!
