Spazio su disco / Files taking up space on disk

Ciao a tutti, ho reso solo online i file ma continuano ad occuparmi lo spazio su disco fisso in C:user/dropbox. Inoltre su dropbox desktop mi compare una x grigia in basso nei file, ho letto che è un problema di sincronizzaizone di windows, non di dropbox. Potete aiutarmi? Grazie mille!!

    Hi Antonio1965, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Could you try deleting the Dropbox cache folder to see if this helps?

     

    Do you have any other cloud services running? Could you try quitting them temporarily to see if the sync icons return to the Dropbox icons?

     

    This will help me to assist further!
