AV sync issues, when viewing video from mobile device

AV sync issues, when viewing video from mobile device

Never had issues with AV sync until now.

I edited my 4k 30fps video in capcut for desktop and then exported, double checked that everything was fine and then uploaded to dropbox.

I then downloaded said video on my s23 ultra (fully up to date) and noticed major AV sync issues where the audio was well ahead of the video.

Tried eliminating any variables: different frame rates, resolutions etc... nothing seems to get the audio in sync the way the video is on desktop.

File size is only 103MB.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting this here, @Midnightskies !

To clarify, do you notice this issue while previewing your video on your Dropbox mobile app, or after exporting it to your mobile device?

I’d also like to know the OS version of your mobile device, and the app version of the Dropbox app on it.

Finally, do you have any other videos that you can test this with? I want to see if this is happening for all files.

Keep me updated.
