Auto-PDF folder no longer works

Hello,

Auto-PDF folder no longer works. Is anyone else experiencing this? The folder still has the 'Auto-PDF' tag. I put some word files, nothing. It used to work just fine.

That doesn't sound like a feature of Dropbox, or at least not one I've heard of. Are you sure you're not using a third-party to facilitate this, such as Formstack?

Hello Rich, thank you for your response. I am sure it's a feature of Dropbox, maybe it is not widely distributed yet. I use no other 3rd party tool.

Can you try adding the files, using a different browser, or through an incognito tab on your regular browser? 

Also, what kind of files did you try to add in the folder?

Hello @Lori!

I saw your message at home and tried another word document (.doc) and it worked. pdf file appeared almost instantly. I've tried the same word file I had the problem the day before, and it worked flawlessly. It appears that it was a temporary problem and now the Auto-PDF folder works as expected.
