Backup sync not working

Hello

i had Dropbox Business before after my test period was over all my files went away from my laptop and now its on the cloud.

I tried to sync the backup but after a while its not downloading anymore and my whole computer is still connected to the cloud.

How can i sync my whole data on my laptop?

and deconnect afterwards the sync and the connection to Dropbox with my laptop.
