View, download, and export
Need support with viewing, downloading, and exporting files and folders from your Dropbox account? Find help from the Dropbox Community.
I received a link from 3rd party and the file is almost 56 gb
I've tried multiple times to download it but it fails when it gets to 20 gb
Its really annoying and i am in dire need of that file i even paid for that file
I am asking the person who sends the link and he is blaming on my internet connection which is working more than fine What should I do ?
Hi @AgentZ-12, I hope you're doing well!
Just to clarify, was this a shared link, or a File Transfer?
Keep in mind that it isn't currently possible to download folders that are larger than 20 GB via the web interface.
If you are trying to download from a shared link, have you tried to click on the "Save to my Dropbox" option to add a copy of the files to your Dropbox account? The files in the link will be added to your Dropbox account and will immediately begin syncing down to your linked computer.
I hope this helps!
