Unable to open some files on Dropbox desktop.  Getting error message "There was an error opening this document. The file cannot be accessed by the system".  However, I am able to download the files from Dropbox website.  We have 5 PCs sharing the dropbox desktop.  Some files aren't syncing.

Have you tried right-clicking one of the files and marking it as Available Offline, allowing it to sync, and then open it?

Hi Rich,

I don't have the option to mark it as "Available Offline".  See below screen shot.

Hi @jenrajendran, is the Dropbox desktop application currently running and syncing on your machine on this account?
