As an admin I want to assign multiple admin roles to another user. Issue details: Please can I request additional improvements to the Admin roles that can be associated with a users account. At present, User Management, Billing, Content are all separate role types; which can only be assigned to a single user each. We have the requirement for one user to have access to User Management AND Billing AND Content. However this cannot be done. The only current workaround is for the user to be made 'team Admin' which poses a confidentiality issue . As a Dropbox Business user, I believe it's essential to have the option to store our data within the European Union, even for teams with fewer than 10 licenses. Due to compliance obligations (e.g., GDPR and internal data protection policies), many companies require data residency within the EU, especially in regulated industries or working with European clients. The current limitation that only teams with 10+ licenses can request EU data storage is restrictive and excludes smaller teams or startups that still have strict compliance needs. I strongly suggest that Dropbox consider enabling EU data residency for smaller teams, starting from 3 users, or at the very least, for any team using business-level licenses. This would significantly increase the product’s appeal for professional users with legal or contractual data localization requirements. I want to change my account to a new email, and it says "This email address is already taken". Then I logged out my account, tried to sign in using the new email, and it asks me sign up an account. Hi all, I have read many of the threads and found that many have been facing this issue. I wanted to change my current email address to another one that is related to my business. As I am using this dropbox for business matters and planning to upgrade to professional. Yet I keep getting the message that the new email address is already in use. Then, when I go to sign in, to see how it is signed in as I am the only one that has access to it, the sign up page appears which clearly indicates it is not associated with any dropbox account. I also did the trick of using forgot my password with that email address and no email address, which also indicates that email doesn't exist in dropbox. How to solve this dilemma?
