As an admin I want to assign multiple admin roles to another user. Issue details: Please can I request additional improvements to the Admin roles that can be associated with a users account. At present, User Management, Billing, Content are all separate role types; which can only be assigned to a single user each. We have the requirement for one user to have access to User Management AND Billing AND Content. However this cannot be done. The only current workaround is for the user to be made 'team Admin' which poses a confidentiality issue . I keep getting messages to update my billing information or face a downgrade in my service. I've updated more than once, but the messages keep coming: "Last chance before you're downgraded! We tried multiple attempts to renew your Dropbox plan, but couldn't process your payment. Your account will downgrade on May 21, 2025 if you do not update your billing info." I have no option to unsubscribe my plan. I have tried through the app, two different browsers and my phone. However it is not an option to unsubscribe... Apparently i can't get in touch with support either, and it is not possible to delete my account. I must admit i feel kind of scammed after having unknowingly paid the subscription for years - and now wanting to unsubscribe not having the option.. Hi, I activated a free trial in order to evaluate the current offerings of dropbox to see if i wanted to buy a subscription (haven't been a paying customer for years now). I then immediatelly proceeded to cancel the trial, as I do every time i activate a free trial, in order to not forget it and get billed against my will, under the assumption that the premium service would end at the designated date, as is usually the case when one cancels a free trial. Instead, my account got instantly reverted back to the free tier. Is there any way to get to activate the free trial again? I literally want to evaluate the service and see if I want to subscribe, dropbox is shooting themselves in the foot here. Hi everyone, In early April, I contacted Dropbox Support to cancel my paid subscription. On April 4th, I received confirmation via Ticket #24953311 that the cancellation and refund had been processed, and that the amount would be returned within 3 to 5 business days. However, more than a month has passed and I still haven’t received the refund. I tried reaching out again, but was redirected to an unmonitored inbox (Ticket #25009410), and haven’t received any response since. Has anyone in the community experienced a similar issue or knows how to actually get in touch with someone from the Dropbox team who can help? Hi, after roughly 5 years on the Plus plan, I just switched to Basic the other day because I won't be needing Dropbox anymore. I wanted to download the last invoice (for April 2025) but can't access my Billing area anymore - all it tells me is "Something went wrong while retrieving your billing history. Please try again later." (Yes, I have tried this more than once.) The cherry on top is that now that I'm on the Basic plan, I can't contact customer service to ask for my last invoice. Perfect... It has only recently renewed but as my work situation has changed I need to cut some costs while I seek new work. hi, a file someone sent me on Dropbox is not uploading. I only have 2 GB of storage on my account and It says I used 1.8 GB. I tried to upgrade to 2 TB, to the plus plan and it won’t let me. It says I am already using a Dropbox account with the same Apple ID. It then says to contact customer support and I can’t find a way to get a hold of drop box. Please help me figure out why it won’t let me upgrade. This is is the only drop box account I have. Is there a way to get a hold of drop box’s customer support team?
