How can I stop my desktop photos and videos from uploading to my Dropbox account?
Hi guys, I am trying to stop Dropbox Desktop from uploading my photos and videos from my desktop. When I go into Preferences > Backups > Camera Uploads, the only two option I get are "upload photos only" or "upload photos and videos". I do not want to upload any photos or videos. There is no option to turn this off. Am i missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chris
It takes a while for my Android to upload my camera roll
So it looks like dropbox doesn't immediately upload my camera roll. It usually takes several hours but sometimes it never seems to happen. I read the help guides about battery optimization for Android but the settings are way different on my end. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.
The Dropbox desktop app no longer automatically syncs new photos from my phone

It used to work fine, suddenly I have to manually upload them. AFAIK, I have all the settings correct, and I didn't change anything.
New files from camera uploads not showing in the Photos tab in iOS 26 (17promax)

It will upload the photos/videos, but the display will not show any new photos added. New items can be found in camera upload folder, but not in the "Photos" tab on the app as it will not fresh that at all. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and sometimes get the error message that the camera uploads folder doesn't exist and will be created on next upload.
