iPhone camera uploads stopped uploading since April 2025
Device iPhone 16 Pro Operating System/Browser (if using the web) IOS 18.6.2 (latest) Dropbox App Version (if using the app) 440.2.2 Syncing Status No status. "Camera Uploads > on" Question or Issue I went to check my iphone photos in dropbox and realised that I've had no further images since 1 April 2025. According to the camera uploads settings I have it toggled "on" and upload come from "camera roll" + "all photos" + including videos "on". The only option I have is: "turn off camera uploads". I have plenty capacity remaining on Dropbox and I am unsure how to restart photos taken since April 2025. Any clues.?"Camera Uploads is disabled by your admin" error on iOS
So... i think there is something wrong with my dropbox ios app. It worked fine until about 2 hours ago. I have alread logged out, install/uninstall, power cycle the phone, everything level 1 helpdesk has been done. Yes, i have space, the account is working fine from the notebook. For example the screenshot upload from windows is fine. Both dropbox app and ios are the latest version. I'm not part of a team, never have been.Camera uploads renamed all files to HH:MM:SS format omitting the date
Hello, Suddenly today most (except a couple?) of my files in Camera Uploads folder got renamed to just HH:MM:SS removing the date whatsover from the filename. This included not only latest files but also older ones that were in this folder for long time. Not sure what triggered this action, but I can see all of those were renamed today ~20:54 which coincidentally is when I opened Dropbox app on my phone.: I'm using iOS app to sync my photos for years and it was working flawlessly from two separate iPhones. App version is 434.3.2 Assuming bug?
How can I always show the most recent files first in the camera uploads folder?
I want my Camera Uploads folder to be organized to always show photos chronologically with the most recent first. That seems like an obvious default and yet every single time I open it, it shows random ancient files and I have to select Modify and most recent first. Why?
My camera uploads stopped uploading new files on my iPhone.
Until May 18, all the photos I take with my iPhone (iOS 18.1.1) were automatically sync'd into my Dropbox Camera Uploads folder. Since then, the new images are not going into the folder. My phone is fully charged, on strong wifi, and I haven't changed any settings. How do I get it to continue uploading photos to the Camera Uploads Dropbox folder?
