I can't log in to Dropbox Passwords - "Oops! An error has occurred, please try again later".
I'm having the same problem that I had 2 years ago when trying to set up Dropbox Passwords on my Pixel 7 (ticket #23077274). I had to delete the app from my phone and am now trying to re-install it on the same phone. I am getting the same error message that I did before: Oops! An error has occurred, please try again later. I tried everything that was recommended before, including: uninstalled both Dropbox and Dropbox Passwords apps, then reinstalled cleared cache for Dropbox Passwords (then uninstalled Dropbox Passwords app and reinstalled) disconnected from Dropbox Passwords For Android under the security tab (then uninstalled Dropbox Passwords app and reinstalled) verified that only 2 devices (including this Pixel 7, as far as I can tell) are tied to my account Would love help getting this set back up again.
Dropbox Passwords app does not send notifications to allow new device
Trying to log into my Dropbox passwords app….will not send notification to any device or computer to allow log in. Something glitched in their system the other day. Logged me out of all my account. I now cannot log back in. I can log into Dropbox, but not Dropbox passwords. Notifications to allow access to Dropbox passwords is not working. No way to log back into my passwords account. Won’t allow me to log into Dropbox passwords via desktop either….so frustrating!!Dropbox Passwords doesn't autofill in my Android apps or my Firefox browser login screens
Dropbox Password app v278.13 Firefox version 135.0.1 (Build #2016074239), hg-7c2ff1aa3394+ GV: 135.0.1-20250216192613 AS: 135.0.1 Do I always have to open Dropbox Password app on my device first? My dropbox passwords do not suggest or autofill in APPs and Firefox browser tabs on my Android (v14) samsung tablet (UI6.1, SM-X210).

Buen día Estoy teniendo un problema, tengo dropbox passwords en mi laptop y funciona normal. Pero en mi android no es posible, cuando estoy en la parte "Comprobando tu estado" aparece un error que dice: ¡Vaya! Se produjo un error, vuelve a intentarlo nuevamente. No se que hacer, he intentado desinstalar la app, volverla a instalar y tampoco funciona. En mi tablet Andorid también me pasa exactamente lo mismo. I use Dropbox Passwords on 4 devices. My iPhone and my 'old' Macbook Pro, where everything syncs and works, and my iPad and my new Macbook Pro, where nothing is synced. Both just show me the 'Start adding accounts' screen. I've been through a looong list of measures with chat support, but nothing has solved this so far. Has anybody else experienced something similar? And maybe even found a potential solution?
I'm trying to access Passwords from one of my 3 authorized devices, but get an error.
I have a Basic plan with 3 devices authorized. I am working from one of the 3 devices, and while logged in to Dropbox, it will not allow me to access Dropbox Passwords, saying I am already logged in to 3 devices. This is clearly an error, and I should not have to log out from one of my other devices to access. Can someone help?
