How does the Dropbox referral program work to get the 500 MB bonus? I sent a link to a friend, they created an account using the link, installed the application, and logged in with the same email. I’m hoping someone from Dropbox Support or the community can help clarify this. Legacy Dropbox account with 5.75 GB of storage. I earned the additional space years ago through referral bonuses for getting others to sign up. Recently, my account appears to be truncated back down to 2 GB, and I’m getting storage-limit warnings and can't view shared files despite having additional capacity. It looks like some new systems weren't designed to support the referral-based bonus space. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the original 5.75 GB allocation. Has anyone else run into this? And Dropbox Support -could you help unlock the full 5.75 GB that should still be associated with my account? Bonjour, Je reçois des notifications quotidiennement indiquant que mon compte est saturé, et effectivement rien ne se charge, alors que j'ai 0 fichier enregistré et qu'il est bien indiqué dans mon compte que 0% et 0octet sont utilisés. I know both of them never used (nor registered to) Dropbox, but both of them are now marked as "uneligible". I do believe this is not the case: it is possible they showed your systems my same IP address, because in both cases they were using my WiFi at my office, which hides the internal clients' IP address and only shows a single IP address (NAT) to the rest of the Web. Hi Team, I’m writing to ask for help regarding the Dropbox referral program. I invited several of my company colleagues using my referral links, and each of them successfully: Registered a new Dropbox account via my link; Verified their email addresses; Installed and logged into the Dropbox desktop application. However, my referral page shows these invitations as Ineligible. We all work in the same company and use the same office Wi-Fi network, but each person has their own device and unique email address. Could you please check if our same-network environment might have caused the system to flag the referrals incorrectly? I quickly deleted those files and several other and now my storage use is now down to 16,64%. However, Dropbox keeps sending me mails insisting that I need to upgrade my plan in spite of my low storage usage. It been a few weeks since I lowered my usage to 16,64% but the out of space-mails keep coming. How do I make this stop?
