From my end, I've not received a follow-up email on the matter. Additionally, the effective problem still persists. Since posting this case to the forum, i have tried three more times to get all my source images into one Project. All three attempts have resulted in failure.By failure, I mean not all the files arrive in the target Project and I find it difficult to ascertain which of the 200+ is missing, so I try again and again with a new Project. I checked on our system and it seems that Chadwick, the agent working on your case replied back yesterday.
Can you check your inbox and your spam/junk folder of your email, in order to confirm if you received a reply or not? If you did, can you reply back to him with the necessary info?
