Thanks Greg. I implemented and tested this change. So far it appears to have reduced the number of times we get the `internal_error`, but it has not eliminated it. Is there anything else you can think of to help make this api flow more reliable?

6 years agoI see, thanks for trying that and letting me know! Although it hasn't completely avoided the issue, the fact that it reduced it does indicate that this is likely due to the delayed contention issue I mentioned. Unfortunately, there isn't a better workaround for this, and 10 seconds was just an estimate of what would avoid it. I'll send this along to the team to see if we can reduce or eliminate this issue to begin with, but I can't make any promises on if or when that would be possible.
To try to fully work around this though, you may want to try increasing the delay a little further, perhaps to 15-20 seconds. Apologies I don't have a better solution for you!
