In order to help identify the cause of the problem, have the user encountering the issues try the following steps in order, and let us know if any of them resolve the issue:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window: Cached data and cookies can sometimes cause issues. Opening a private window should resolve problems in this case.
- Disable add-ons and extensions: Certain add-ons and extensions can interfere with expected browser behavior. Disable them and refresh the page.
- Clear cookies and cache: Clearing your cache and cookies can often fix display issues.
- Update your browser: Making sure your browser is up to date can prevent compatibility issues.
- Try another browser: The issue you’re facing could be specific to the browser you’re using. Trying a different browser may solve the problem.
