Hi shirley_kabir,
Did you reauthorize/relink your application after scopes change? 🧐 I suppose - No. If so, it's normal what you're observing. When a token is issued, it assigns actual scopes at that moment and that doesn't change anymore (i.e. followup changes you have made cannot affect already issued token, both access and refresh). Scope change is not retroactive! You'll need to reauthorize/relink your app if not done yet (i.e. new token issuing).
