Auth code for uploading a file
I have a free version of DropBox and am wondering how to get the auth code to allow automatic uploading of my WordPress backup. I am not a developer, and I thought there would be an easy way to do this. Is there a way to get this without doing any programming? Thanks.

There were some third party add-ons that did this, I'd suggest googling for them. It isnt something Dropbox does natively though

If you mean you need an access token, you can get an OAuth 2 access token for your own account by registering an app:
https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps/create
And then using the "Generate" access token button on the app's page on the App Console:
https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps
This will only be useful if you can make API calls using an OAuth 2 access token though. E.g., see this blog post:
https://www.dropbox.com/developers/blog/45
Otherwise, if you're using a WordPress backup plugin, you should follow the instructions for that.
