Can I search file with multiple extension?
I use the search API for searching audio file. If I can fill the search parameters 'query' with several .extension?

No, the API doesn't currently let you search for multiple file extensions in a single call. You'll need to make multiple search calls, one per desired extension, and combine the results as desired. We'll consider this a feature request though.
Alternatively, you can list the desired folder(s) and filter by extension client-side.
