Change E-mail Subject

Hello,    Hoping someone can help me.    When I create a new shared link, via API, I get a newly generated (unique) link.   Works great - however, is it possible to edit the automated E-mail's ...

No, it's not possible to customize these emails, but I'll pass this along as a feature request.
