Could not resolve host: api-content.dropbox.com
Hello, since quite some time I'm using Dropbox Pro as a backup storage location for my InfiniteWP websites management solution. Since a few weeks I started to get a lot of "Could not resolve host: api-content.dropbox.com" error messages resulting in failed scheduled backups. Last night almost all scheduled Dropbox backups failed with this error, so I contacted both InfiniteWP and my hosting provider. Neither of them see an issue in software configuration or hosting server, so both suggested to contact Dropbox. That's why Im posting this question here. I'm not familiar with Dropbox support. Is this the correct place to ask for a solution or suggestions to solve? Thanks for your help.

You'll need to talk to InfiniteWP. They're the ones that would have created the software, so only they can support it. Dropbox only provides the API. InfiniteWP is responsible for any application that they create which uses it. - Rich9 years ago

Moved to the API forum.
