Creating cloud docs via the API

I'd like to use the Dropbox API to create and name a Google docs or spreadsheets file - nothing more. Is this possible with the current API?

Looking at the Dropbox website, this is done through an extremely simple POST request to /cmd/create_cloud_doc, with a "to_path" specifying the location and the type of file.

No, unfortunately the public Dropbox API doesn't offer that ability, but I'll pass this along as a feature request. I can't promise if or when that might be implemented though.
