1 year agoHello jadong,
Based on the information you have provided, you are selecting and choosing a limited access folder that is causing the error message 'Failed to Load Request' with the Dropbox Chooser.
As the folder has limited access, you shouldn't be able to choose it as an option with the Dropbox Chooser, hence the error message. That said, I have reported this issue to the engineering team to enhance the error handling for this scenario.

Hi,
I won't be able to select it at all? Even if I am one of the teammates that has the permissions to access the file/folder? If so, would it be possible to just hide these items from the Chooser's view completely?- Greg-DB1 year ago

We've sent this along to the team to request they improve how this scenario is handled in the Chooser.
If you're signed in to an account that does have full access to the folder, then you should be able to select it. If that's not what you're seeing, double check what account you're signed in to, as well as the permissions on the folder(s) you're trying to select. If that's not working as expected, feel free to open a ticket from the relevant account and show us the problem you're seeing so we can look into it for you.
