Dropbox.com / API search working intermittently

Hi,

 

A few hours ago it seems Dropbox API search_v2 is working intermittently (not all files are found via search, same on dropbox.com), it seemed to have coincided with the recent "degraded performance" issues.  Is there still something going on?  I know a file that was synced with the Dropbox client on my computer I can locate via search on my computer, but the same search string on dropbox.com or via the API search results in zero matches.  Any help would be great

    It sounds like you may be seeing some lingering issues with your account after the earlier disruption. Since this happens both via the web site and API, please contact support so they can check on your account for you.

    Which option do I choose? None seem to apply to this issue.  I thought with Dropbox Business I'm supposed to get email support but I can't locate the address to contact?

    I can't provide help for the web site or support page, but if nothing seems to apply directly please feel free to use any option or contact method there and just explain in your message. The support agents can redirect the ticket as needed.
