Thank you Greg for the response but as mentioned in my post it works fine on all other Android devices (With and without Dropbox app) and is failing only on HTC ONE.

private DbxAccountManager mDbxAcctMgr;
    mDbxAcctMgr = DbxAccountManager.getInstance(
            mContext, Constants.DROPBOX_APP_KEY,
            Constants.DROPBOX_APP_SECRET);
    if (mDbxAcctMgr != null) {
