Dropbpox API returns no response or 503 errors
Our call to drobox API on https://www.dropbox.com/developers/documentation/http/documentation#files-list_folder-continue is sometimes fails with no response or 503 error like below.

Thanks for the report. Issues like that can be a temporary service availability issue. I just tried the endpoint and it is working for me currently. If you're still seeing this, please share the following so we can look into it:
- Does it only affect a particular account? If so, please open an API ticket here and share the affected account ID, along with the rest of the following information.
- When did you first start seeing this issue?
- About what percent of your /2/files/list_folder/continue calls fail like this?
- What parameters/values did you use with /2/files/list_folder initially to get the cursor?
- Can you share a full sample request/response for one of these failures? Ideally, include both headers and bodies, if any, for both request and response, but be sure to redact the access token.
