Encoded URL in store

I am trying to use the shared link into the online store. But it never works. The file URL download link must be a encoded or absolute pathway. what should I set to make this link encoded?

    I'm not sure I understand your question. Could you share some more context and show what you have so far as well as what isn't working, e.g., whatever error or unexpected output you're getting?
