Error (5xx) - with a specific cursor in list_folder_continue
Hi, recently we encountered an issue when sending list_folder_continue request to the dropbox server. The api is normal in most of cases , however, there is a case with a specific cursor would caused the server error (5xx). Since the cursor was received from previous list_folder_continue request, I cannot figure out why it causes the issue.
Is there any reason for the error? and how do I fix it since I don't want the changes info lost. Thank you.

Could you open an API ticket with a few sample 'X-Dropbox-Request-Id' response header values for these 5xx errors? That should help us investigate. Thanks in advance!

I know this issue is long time ago. Since there is another customer stuck in this issue, I would like to ask the if there is any finding since I opened the API ticket?
